All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding orders containing pre-orders, weekends & holidays). This does not include time spent in transit once your order has left our facility.
Pre-order items are items that are purchased prior to their production. A pre-order means you have reserved that item and it will be shipped to you once it is complete. Please refer to the product page for more information. Orders with multiple items containing a pre-order item will not ship until all items have completed production. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.
We are able to update your shipping address as long as the order has
not shipped or been processed for shipment yet. If you would like to

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please reply to your original order email or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to fully clear from your statement once the refund has been issued. We are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
If you believe your item is damaged, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. You should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item so that we can investigate. If you have an issue with the playback of a vinyl, CD, or cassette, please send over the above information along with a 10-15 second video displaying the issue. Once this is received we will review the order and contact you.
